How to Redeem Your Award
Please allow up to 1hr for your Digital Gift Card to arrive in your email that we have on file.
To use your Digital Gift Card you will need to copy and paste the URL in your browser or enter the code provided when checking out at the retailer. For more details on how to use your Digital Gift Card, please contact the Digital Gift Card provider.

Terms and Conditions
BCF Gift Cards
- 1. This Gift Card is issued by SRG Leisure Retail Pty Ltd and is redeemable for purchases in-store or online from the following participating retailers in Australia: BCF stores.
- 2. This Gift Card has no expiry date.
- 3. It cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or reloaded (except to the extent permitted by law).
- 4. This Gift Card is partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card.
- 5. Where the purchase cost exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference.
- 6. KEEP YOUR GIFT CARD SECURE AND TREAT IT AS YOU WOULD CASH, it will not be replaced or refunded if it is lost or stolen.

- 8. A maximum of 3 Gift Cards can be redeemed online in a transaction. There is a limit of 5 Gift Cards per transaction instore.
